To order a domain name or hosting package from us, simply click on the domain registration link at the bottom of most pages or toward the top of the left hand menu on any page. This will take you to our automated sign-up page.
The first thing that you need to do on this page is enter the domain name (plus extension) that you want to order. In other words, you would enter webinn.co.za, not just webinn. Click on the "search" button. This will return a message that tells you if the domain name is available or not.
The right hand column of this page will show your available options, depending on whether the name is available or already registered.
Please Note: You cannot under any circumstances transfer a domain that you have not previously registered. If a domain name comes up as unavailable and you are not the legal registered owner, you will need to find an alternative name.
Once you have selected the action that you want to take for this domain name, you will be taken to the main signup page.
You are currently given two payment options for any service that you order online:
1. Moneybookers - secure credit card processing available for, but not limited to, international clients. Clients in Europe who wish to pay by bank transfer rather than via credit card, can also do so with moneybookers.
2. Direct deposit - if you opt for this payment method, you will be sent an invoice on completion of the order, with all banking details. Please note that payment or proof of payment must be received by us by no later than the end of the next working day after the order has been placed. This will confirm your order. Orders not confirmed via payment within the given time period will be cancelled.
