We spend a vast amount of resources on the combatting of spam and, quite apart from ethical considerations, this in itself is enough to make us almost obsessive about privacy. 

This means that we have extremely strict privacy policies and we guarantee that we will never share your information with any third party in any way whatsoever. We do not trade, sell or give away client details or mailing lists and go out of our way to protect your information. 

When signing up for an account with us, you will be given the option to opt in or out of our newsletter. This will exclude you from our newsletters, but not from client notifications regarding our policies or services.

Typically, newsletters are sent out infrequently and deal with "added value" information to assist you in getting the most out of your online business. You are free to opt out at any time in the future by logging into your account and unsubscribing. This process is automated and instant.

Security

Many people are still nervous about ordering and paying online and we understand this completely.  This is why we offer 2 different, secure payment options for all our services: direct transfer and online credit card payment.  

If you opt to pay via credit card, your payment will be processed using a secure encryption (Secure Socket Layer, otherwise known as SSL).  This means that your card details are encrypted and completely secure during transmission over the internet and cannot be intercepted by any outside party.  

You will know when you are on a secure (SSL) connection because the page address will begin with "https" rather than just the usual "http" and there will be a little gold padlock at the bottom, left of your screen.  You will notice the difference as soon as you arrive at any page requiring credit card information.  

Depending on your browser settings, you may also receive an alert to say that you are about to go to a secure connection.  You should use a browser that supports SSL. If you don't have one, you can get a free download of the most recent version of Internet Explorer.

Despite the natural fears regarding security, your credit card is as safe online as it is in the ordinary day to day.  The moment your card leaves your hands - at a restaurant - in a store - for even a moment - it is at risk of being fraudulently used.  Almost all (if not all) online credit card fraud occurs because someone managed to get hold of your card details offline, so please take care with your normal day to day card security in order to enjoy maximum security with any online purchase that uses SSL.
